Return Policy

The goods purchased on the Website can be returned strictly within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Returns require:

Write to the corporate mail contact@adamaris-bridal.com, contact the manager at one of the specified phones on the Website and provide the following necessary information for the return: order number and date, full name, item number, reason for return.

Check the presentation and integrity of the returned products and packaging (the presence of intact labels, tags, packaging with a barcode; no signs of wear, stains and other contamination). Products with signs of use and not meeting the requirements above are not returned.

Please note that all costs associated with the return and exchange of goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases of detection of defects or non-conformity of the goods to your order.

Non-returnable items:

• underwear, corsets;
• nightgowns, dressing gowns;
• hosiery, gloves, and other similar products.

You can return these products only due to the detection of a defect or non-compliance with the order.
